Interactive Meteorological Data Dashboard

The interactive dashboard above provides a comprehensive analysis of long-term meteorological data collected from the Umudike Weather Station (1921–present). Users can explore climate parameters including precipitation, air temperature, relative humidity, saturated vapor pressure, sunshine duration, solar radiation, soil temperature, etc. Parameters are aggregated at daily, monthly, and annual resolutions.

This platform was designed to support researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders in making data-driven decisions in areas such as agriculture, water resource management, and climate risk assessment. Users can interactively visualize temporal trends, seasonal patterns, and climate variability over time periods using the available filtering tools.

Dashboard Features:

• Weather Station Map: On the left, a map highlights the weather station locations. Currently, the dashboard displays processed data from the Umudike Weather Station.
• Filter Data by Time Period: A user can filter the data using the Select Data type button, and customize the visualization to focus on specific periods using the Start Date and End Date buttons. For multiple parameters in one graph, parameters can be toggled on and off by clicking the legends.
• Interactive capability: The dashboard can be zoomed in and out via the menu bar just below the Apply Filter button.
• Data Access: High-resolution data may have access restrictions. Interested users can request data via the Data Request or Subscription pages
• Export Options: Visualizations from the active frame can be exported as PNG for offline use, via the menu bar.
• Supporting Information: Users can access a summary of the data, access metadata, when a data request is made.
